Our Story

AIMSS Academy was founded in 2017 with a simple belief: every student deserves to be understood before they can be taught. When our founder, Prof. Sudhakar Shingare, started AIMSS Academy, he noticed that many students were losing confidence in studies not because they lacked ability, but because nobody was taking the time to understand them. Education had become focused only on marks, ranks, and toppers. Students who needed guidance, motivation, and personal attention were often left behind. AIMSS Academy was created to change that. From the very beginning, our goal was not just to teach Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Our goal was to help students develop an interest in learning, build confidence, and discover their true potential. Today, with branches in Karvenagar and Kothrud, AIMSS Academy has become a trusted name for 11th & 12th Science, MHT-CET, JEE Main, NEET, NDA, IISER, BITSAT, VITEEE, and HSC Board preparation in Pune. What makes us proud is not only the results our students achieve, but the relationships we build with them. Many students describe AIMSS Academy as their second home—a place where they feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to grow.
